Production Equipment and Quality
Our factory has more than 50 sets of production machines. These include automatic welders and automatic tube welders. We have built a quality management system and a responsibility system. Industry Applications
In the power industry, this spiral plate cooler works for strong oil circulation cooling in transformers and for electric furnace transformer cooling. In the machine building industry, it cools hydraulic oil and lubrication oil systems. In the chemical industry, it cools hot reactor discharge material and process fluids. We have a large chemical customer in Pakistan. They use our cooler to drop the temperature of reactor discharge from 150°C down to 40°C quickly.
Delivery, Warranty, and Payment
Standard product production time is 20 days. We make 50 units per month. Do you provide warranty? Yes. Warranty is 18 months after the goods arrive at your site. We accept third-party inspection. Trade terms are EXW and FOB. Payment is 40% in advance and 60% before shipment. Repeat customers get faster delivery. Export packing uses fumigated wooden boxes and waterproof cloth. We buy domestic insurance from factory to ship loading. This spiral plate cooler protects your downstream equipment and extends the life of your whole production line.
