University Cooperation & R&D
We work with Jiangnan University and Nanjing Tech University. They help us improve our flow channel design for our plate and tube units. Customers ask us, "Do you have your own R&D team?" We answer, "Yes." This plate and tube type condenser uses corrugated plates and round tubes. The plates form narrow channels. Fluid flows fast in these channels. The heat transfer coefficient is very high.
Quality Control & Applications
We control quality strictly. We have a Chinese pressure vessel manufacturing license. We have internal quality management during production. We do strict tests before each unit leaves our factory. Every plate in our product gets a pressure test to make sure there are no micro-cracks. This product is used a lot in commercial air conditioner heat pump units. Heat pumps need to cool and heat. The plate and tube type condenser is small and efficient. It is also used in food and drink processing for fast cooling, like milk cooling. In new energy vehicle thermal management systems, battery cooling and heat pump condensation also use this plate and tube design.
