It can work as a condenser. It can also work as a normal heat exchanger. When steam goes into the shell side, it turns the steam into liquid. When hot water or hot oil goes in, it heats up the cold medium on the other side.
Product Features & Quality Control
We control product quality carefully. We have a Chinese pressure vessel manufacturing license. We have internal quality management during production. We do strict tests before each unit leaves our factory. Our factory in Wuxi has a professional water pressure test bench. Every product gets a water pressure test before shipment. We hold the pressure for 30 minutes with no leak. That is how we say it is good. This product works for general steam condensation recovery. For example, flash steam recovery after a steam trap. It also works for cooling chemical process fluids. The material from a reactor needs condensation first and then cooling. One machine does both jobs.
