Special License & Vacuum Design
We have a Class D special equipment manufacturing license. This lets us make equipment that runs under negative pressure (vacuum). Our factory has 10,000 square meters with large rolling machines and automatic welders. Customers ask us, "Have you worked with big global brands?" We answer, "Yes." This water cooled surface condenser is the only model in our line made specially for vacuum conditions. Its design pressure is low, not more than 0.1 MPa (below atmospheric). The design temperature is not more than 100°C. But the condensing area is very large, from 50 to 1500 square meters. Cooling water flow is 50 to 1000 cubic meters per hour. Vacuum level can reach 5 kPa absolute.
Strong Construction & Leak Testing
Under such high vacuum, the structure must be very strong. The outside air pressure could crush the shell. So we reinforce our shells. We add internal supports. We control quality carefully. We have a Chinese pressure vessel manufacturing license. For vacuum equipment, we do not use a normal water pressure test. We do an air tightness test using a vacuum box method or helium mass spectrometry. Our factory has a special vacuum leak detection system. This product is the key part of a power plant turbine condenser system. The exhaust steam from the turbine goes into the condenser. Cooling water turns it back into liquid water. This creates vacuum and raises power generation efficiency.

Customer Case & Lead Time
Chemical vacuum distillation units also use this water cooled surface condenser for overhead steam condensation. Pharmaceutical vacuum concentration equipment, like antibiotic concentrators, use it too. A small coal power plant customer in China had an old condenser. Their vacuum level had dropped. We made a custom product for them with 600 square meters of area. The material was titanium tube because they used sea water for cooling. After installation, the vacuum went from 8 kPa to 4 kPa. Their coal consumption for power generation went down. Customers ask, "What is the lead time for custom products?" We answer, "30 days minimum." But vacuum type condensers take longer to make because they need more tests. Export packing uses fumigation wooden cases. The whole unit is fixed on a heavy pallet. We buy insurance from factory to loading port. We believe this water cooled surface condenser is the best choice for condensing large amounts of steam under vacuum.
