CFD Optimization & Applications

 

We have our own R&D team. They used CFD simulation to improve the shape of the water chamber and the baffle arrangement. This reduces vortices and dead zones. That is how we lower the water resistance. This energy saving water cooled shell and tube condenser works best in industrial circulating water cooling systems. Many chemical plants have very large cooling water pumps. Their electricity bill is high. With our low resistance condenser, you can lower the pump head or close the valve a bit to reduce flow. Both ways save power. Large cooling compressor units get a higher COP (coefficient of performance) with this energy saving condenser. Steam condensation recovery in chemical production also saves a lot of electricity over time.
