Stronger Construction & R&D Optimization
We use thicker steel plates for the shell. We use reinforced heat exchange tubes for the tube bundle. This lets the unit take higher pressure and temperature changes. We have our own R&D team. They optimized the channel head and nozzle design for high flow conditions. This makes the fluid spread evenly. This shell and tube water cooled condenser works for large petrochemical plant steam condensation systems. Examples include ethylene plants and catalytic cracking units in refineries. The steam volume is huge. The condensing load is high.
