We started our company in 1994. We have worked in heat exchange equipment for over 30 years. We are a member of the China Pharmaceutical Equipment Industry Association and the China Chemical Equipment Association. Customers ask us, "Do you meet local environmental rules?" We answer, "Yes." This shell type condenser has a classic single shell design. It uses a cylindrical shell. Inside the shell there is a heat exchange tube bundle. There are channel heads on both ends.
How It Works & Manufacturing Strength
Steam enters the shell. It condenses outside the tube bundle. The condensate drains from the bottom. Cooling water goes on the tube side. It goes in from one channel head and out from the other. We control quality carefully. We have a Chinese pressure vessel manufacturing license. The hardest parts of making a product are the shell roundness and the welding between the tube sheet and shell. We have a large plate rolling machine. It can roll shells up to 1000 mm in diameter with 14 mm wall thickness. We use submerged arc automatic welding. The welds are smooth and even.

Customer Case & Minimum Order
This shell type condenser is used most for distillation tower overhead condensation in petrochemical plants. The steam from the top of the tower is hot and under high pressure. The product can take it. It is also used for waste heat recovery in power plants and for sterilization steam condensation in food processing. A pharmaceutical customer in Pakistan had an ethanol recovery tower. The tower top steam was at 78°C and atmospheric pressure. We gave them a shell type condenser with 50 square meters of area. The recovered ethanol concentration was over 95%. Customers ask, "What is the lead time for standard products?" We answer, "20 days." Minimum order is 1 unit. Export packing uses fumigation wooden cases. We support mixed orders. Payment: 40% in advance, 60% before shipment. We believe this product is a reliable choice for traditional industries like distillation and waste heat recovery.
