Our company has 47 full-time workers. We have 12 senior managers and 12 senior technicians. Our workshop has automatic tube welders and precision testing machines. Customers ask us, "How do you make sure you deliver on time?" We answer, "We make a delivery plan before we sign the order. We follow that plan strictly after the order starts." This two pass condenser has 2 tube passes. Steam or process gas enters the channel head. It goes through half of the tubes to the other end. Then it comes back through the remaining tubes. Finally it exits from the same end. This design doubles the steam speed inside the tubes. The heat transfer coefficient for condensation becomes much higher.
Key Applications & Customer Case
We have our own R&D team. They calculate the flow in each tube for our 2 pass condenser carefully. This stops uneven flow. This 2 pass condenser works best for steam condensation in small and medium cooling systems. For example, in a cold storage Freon system, the condenser is not big but needs high efficiency. The two pass design raises the refrigerant speed. Oil returns to the compressor more easily. It also works for solvent recovery in chemical processes. The steam amount is small but needs full recovery. The two pass design gives longer steam stay time. A chemical customer in Turkey recovers acetone. Their steam rate is 200 kg per hour. A single pass condenser let a small amount of acetone go into the air. After they switched to our two pass unit, the recovery rate went from 95% to 99.5%.

Packaging & Payment
We do not give free samples. But we can give you a detailed heat transfer calculation for your working conditions. Our export packing uses fumigation wooden cases and waterproof cloth. We accept third-party inspection. Payment terms: 40% in advance, 60% before shipment. We believe this 2 pass condenser helps you get higher condensing efficiency with a smaller machine. It is very good for small and medium flow rates.
