Company Reform & Skilled Workers
We finished our shareholding system reform in 2025. We changed from a family business to a modern joint stock company. Our 47 workers include 12 senior technicians. It uses two pipes of different sizes. The smaller pipe goes inside the larger pipe. One medium flows inside the small pipe. The other medium flows in the space between the two pipes. The whole unit can be bent into a spiral or coiled into loops to increase the heat transfer length.
High Pressure & Zero Leakage
The condensing area is 0.5 to 1500 square meters. But the design pressure is very high, from 0.6 to 6.0 MPa. The design temperature range is also wide, from -40°C to 350°C. Common materials are carbon steel (like Q235B, Q345R), 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, 2205 stainless steel, and titanium TA2. The maximum temperature difference on the two sides should not exceed 200°C. We control quality carefully. We have a Chinese pressure vessel manufacturing license. The hardest part of making a product is keeping the inner and outer pipes concentric and getting good bend quality. Our senior technicians use special tools to keep the gap even. This stops the pipes from touching each other.

This tube in tube type condenser works best for small cooling devices. Examples are household refrigerators and small freezers. Labs also use it for precision heat exchange because it is small, easy to clean, and can take high pressure. It is also good for high purity chemical media like electronic grade chemicals. The double pipe design stops leaks and contamination completely. A university lab customer in China was doing supercritical CO2 experiments. The pressure needed to reach 8 MPa.
