Customers ask us, "Do you provide a warranty? How long?" We answer, "18 months after delivery to your site." Our factory is in Taihu New Town, Wuxi. We have a 10,000 square meter workshop. Every unit goes through a hydrostatic test and a tightness test before leaving our factory. For export, we use fumigated wooden boxes with waterproof cloth. We buy domestic insurance from our factory to the loading port. Payment terms are 40% in advance and 60% before shipment. We support EXW and FOB.
