Our company is a heat exchanger manufacturer with over 30 years of history. We have passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001 certifications. Customers ask us, "Do you have a person for after‑sales service?" We answer, "Yes, we do." Our after‑sales team provides on‑site installation guidance and commissioning service. The vertical shell and tube condenser is installed vertically. Its floor space is much smaller than a horizontal unit. Steam enters from the top. It condenses outside the tubes. The liquid condensate flows down by gravity and leaves from the bottom. Cooling water goes inside the tubes. It can flow from top to bottom or from bottom to top. We can install baffles inside the shell to improve condensation.
We deliver standard units in 20 days
Customers ask us, "What is the normal production time for standard products?" We answer, "20 days." For a product, the production time is normally 20 days. This product is very popular in large cold storage refrigeration systems and central HVAC chillers. Ammonia refrigeration systems in cold storage often use a vertical shell and tube condenser because it takes little floor space and can be placed outdoors. The oil and chemical industry also uses it to recover condensed steam. For example, water vapor from the top of a distillation tower enters a vertical condenser and becomes condensate for recovery. In food processing, steam from sterilizers must be condensed before discharge. We have a cold storage customer in Pakistan. Their cold storage has a cooling capacity of 500 kW. We supplied a product with 150 m² of condensing area. Installation took only 2 square meters of floor space. That saved a lot of room.
We support non standard custom designs
Customers ask us, "Can you build from our technical drawings or prototypes?" We answer, "Yes, we can." We support non‑standard custom designs. The minimum order quantity is one unit. Export packing uses fumigated wooden boxes. Vertical units are tall, so we add extra support and fixing. We buy domestic insurance from our factory to the loading port. We believe that if your factory space is limited, a vertical shell and tube condenser is the best way to save floor space.
